Karen has worked as the General Manager of Two Pennies since 2014. Prior to that, she was employed as a Senior Manager in the Insolvency Service managing a team of 40 staff. She decided to accept voluntary redundancy in 2013 after 27 years of service. In her spare time she enjoys skiing, racquet sports and walking her cockapoo.

Peter is Advice Manager and senior Money Adviser at Two Pennies. He has been a money adviser for 15 years, is an Accredited Member of the Institute of Money Advisers and Approved Intermediary for Debt Relief Orders. Pete has the unfortunate habit of taking his six children on caravanning holidays and losing one of them.

Jaya is our Adminstrator. An Aussie by birth, she moved to the UK a couple of years ago after marrying a Pom. Her free time is largely taken up with her beautiful baby daughter, who is named after a character from Star Trek.

Melanie has held the office of Chair of Trustees for over 10 years. She is currently employed as the school’s Examinations’ Officer, having taught for over 30 years at the secondary school in Tewkesbury. Her interests include watching sport of all kinds, but particularly rugby and cricket; reading and travelling.

Paul is our newest trustee who brings an in-depth knowledge of insolvency to the team as he has worked as an Insolvency Practitioner for over 40 years. Paul also enjoys skiing, racquet sports and dog-walking.

Vince is a trustee and also a business man who is a director of a local company. In his spare time, Vince plays hockey for England (!) and enjoys walking his dog - a bitch called Keith!

Tim has been a trustee since 2012. He is currently employed as a school teacher, having worked for a building society for several years, including debt recovery work. Tim is our singing trustee who recently played the part of the Mikado in a local production.
