Two Pennies Money Advice is a face-to-face money advice agency. As a result of the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, we have had to make some difficult decisions as follows:
- With immediate effect Two Pennies staff will not be meeting with any more clients. If you have an appointment booked, whether it is a first appointment or a follow-up appointment, we regret that your appointment is cancelled.
- Two Pennies is not accepting any new clients, either by direct enquiry or referred by a professional. If you have recently made an enquiry or referral but have not yet met with a money adviser, then we recommend you seek support from an internet or telephone-based organisation. The following provide free debt advice in this way:
- If you have previously been advised that you were on our waiting list, then we recommend you seek support from an internet or telephone-based organisation, as above. If you wish to remain on our waiting list, please contact us within 7 days, otherwise we will assume you have found help elsewhere. We regret we cannot give any indication as to how long it will be before we start accepting new clients again.
- If you are an existing client and have already had at least one appointment, then we will review your case and contact you individually to explain how we propose to proceed.
We cannot adequately express how sorry we are that this action is necessary. We are acutely aware that our clients were in stressful and challenging situations before the current demanding and worrying circumstances arose. Our inability to support you at this time cannot make things any easier. However, we are obliged to follow UK government guidance to protect the health of us all.
